This policy explains how ProTime Renovations (“ProTime,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, keeps and discloses personal information through this website and our project inquiry process.

Notice at collection

When you request an estimate, we collect identifiers and contact information such as your name, phone number and email address, plus any optional project details you choose to provide. We also collect submission and source information described below. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare or discuss an estimate, schedule service, protect the form from abuse, understand inquiry sources and maintain necessary business records.

The form identifies which fields are required. If you do not provide the required contact details and acknowledge the inquiry notice, we cannot submit the request through the website. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the optional project field.

Unconverted inquiry records are retained for no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably needed to resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement or protect the service. Records connected to an active customer or contract may be retained under the applicable business and legal record schedule.

Information we collect

Information you provide. Name, phone number, email address, optional project details and the recorded version, date and time of your consent acknowledgement. A more detailed project form may also collect company, service, location, schedule, budget and referral details.

Information collected automatically. The landing page, referring page and campaign parameters in the address, including UTM values and advertising click identifiers such as Google, Meta or Microsoft Click IDs. The site also uses the Meta Pixel to receive page-view and successful-inquiry events together with browser, device, cookie and network information ordinarily transmitted when a web page loads. The form uses limited timing, hidden-field and temporary request-rate checks to reduce abusive automated submissions.

How we use information

We use the information to review and respond to inquiries; contact you by the method you provided about the renovation request; prepare estimates and schedule work; maintain request and customer records; measure which pages or campaigns generated an inquiry; secure the website; prevent duplicate or abusive submissions; comply with law; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

The required inquiry acknowledgement covers only contact about the request you submitted. It is not consent to recurring promotional messages or automated marketing calls. Any future marketing program that requires separate consent will present a separate, optional choice.

Storage, lead notifications, exports and disclosures

Website inquiry records are stored in a restricted Google spreadsheet for operational follow-up. A notification containing the inquiry details may be sent to an access-controlled ProTime Gmail mailbox. Authorized ProTime personnel and authorized service providers may use the protected lead dashboard or download a current Excel copy through that dashboard. These records and exports are not publicly available.

If you submit an instant lead form hosted by Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the information in that form and makes it available to ProTime and authorized advertising or lead-management service providers. Those native-form leads are handled through Meta Leads Center, an authorized CRM connection or a controlled reporting process; they do not pass through the website form automatically.

We may disclose information to service providers that host, secure, maintain or support the website and lead records; to professional advisers where necessary; in connection with a business transaction; or when required to comply with law and protect rights or safety. Service providers may use information only to perform services for us under their applicable terms.

We do not sell contact-form information. The site does not intentionally send the name, phone number, email address or project message entered in the form to Meta, and automatic field matching is disabled in the installed Pixel code. Meta receives limited browsing and conversion-event information for advertising measurement, attribution and campaign optimization. Depending on applicable law, this activity may be treated as targeted advertising or sharing. Meta processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Browser storage and measurement

The site uses local browser storage to retain the most recent advertising-touch information for up to 30 days, with session storage as a fallback. A later tagged advertising visit replaces the earlier advertising touch. Session storage is also used to count a successful form submission once. The Meta Pixel records a PageView event on public pages and a Lead event only after the website confirms that an inquiry was saved and opens the confirmation page. Opening the confirmation page directly does not create a Lead event. No PageView or Lead events are sent from the protected /leads dashboard.

Security and retention

We limit access to people who need the information for the purposes above and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed under the retention periods above.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, obtain a portable copy, or appeal a denied request. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Submit a request by emailing protimerenovations@gmail.com or writing to ProTime Renovations, 2366 Murray Ave, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. We may need to verify your identity and request before acting.

You can limit browser cookies or tracking through browser controls, privacy extensions and your Meta advertising preferences. Blocking the Meta Pixel does not prevent you from submitting a project request. You may also contact us using the information above to ask about advertising-related privacy choices that apply to you.

Children

This website is intended for property owners, managers and other adults seeking renovation services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or inquiry process changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be described here or through another notice where required.
